2. What data we process
- Form data: name, email, phone, postcode, type of installation and your message.
- The electricity bills you upload. You can cover your bank details: we don't need them.
- Installer applications and job applications.
- Your IP address and the time of submission, only to protect the forms against abuse.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Preparing your assessment and quote and arranging the installation: pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Replying to messages, installer applications and job applications: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Keeping the site and forms secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data or make automated decisions about you.
4. Recipients
- The certified installer in your area, when needed to assess and carry out the installation.
- Our hosting and email provider, as data processor, with servers in the European Union.
5. Retention
- Requests that do not lead to a purchase: up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Customers: for the duration of the purchase, installation and warranty, and then for the legally required periods.
- Job applications: up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@bateriasconia.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
